Полное ведение дизайн проекта, от идеи до их оформления и сдачи клиенту;
Подбор материалов, мебели и освещения;
3D визуализация интерьеров (Моделирование и визуализация в 3D жилой недвижимости, офисных помещений и объектов коммерческой недвижимости);
Разработка чертежей;
Соблюдение сроков выполнения работы;
При необходимости предоставление услуги «Авторский надзор».
Что от Вас нужно:
Опыт работы в качестве дизайнера интерьера;
Профессиональное владение графическими программами;
Наличие портфолио выполненных работ обязательно;
Знание материалов, производителей мебели и освещения;
Высокая скорость разработки 3D визуализаций;
Умение качественно и в срок выполнять свою работу;
Знание стилей архитектуры;
Ответственность, креативность и саморазвитие;
Опыт самостоятельного ведения объекта с разработкой концепции интерьера‚ подбором материалов и авторским надзором;
Опыт самостоятельного ведения объекта от замеров до сдачи альбома;
Знание трендов;
